With all the dramas leading up to the shoot yesterday (not even gonna go there..), the day, minus a couple of glitches, felt fairly calm.
Yes, of course there are things I might have done differently (like better organisation) but yeah, I think it was pretty FANTASTIC!!!

O what a week…

Just when I thought things would calm down a lil… oh how wrong was I… Running around, going all across London takes so much energy out of you and then there’s all the planning for the lookbook shoot. Yes, I am partly to blame for some of the palava, but hey, hindsight is a beautiful day. Anyway, moving on, the saga continues and hopefully things will all be comfirmed tomorrow.

The only thing that has managed to make me laugh is the new Lanvin AW campaign video. I absolutely love it and I personally think it’s the best thing a major fashion house has done in a very long time. Alber Albaz- respect!!

Very happy to say the collection is 99% complete. Yeah!! Just in time for some appointments scheduled by Bloody Gray for next week and fingers crossed, good things will happen. Anyway, ahead is tons of admin-ey kinda work to do…tedious, but got to be done. And the tune below- Daydreaming by Dark Dark Dark has been on repeat on my laptop and in my head for the last 3 days. So to all the daydreamers out there, hope the song sings the words that you cannot say.

Was going to mentioned that I made my first AW delivery last weekend, but was seriously too tired to even manage that.

Feeling a lot better this weekend and fingers crossed, I think there is an end in sight. Don’t get me wrong, there’s lots more to do, but in terms of the collection, I think it’s almost there. Currently working on the accessories (very exciting!) and a conceptual something something that’s killing my arm! Anyway, we shall persevere…
